Witnessing Checklists

These checklists contain the process steps for witnessing documents. It is assumed that the Justice of the Peace (JP) has read and understands the contents of the South Australian Justice of the Peace Handbook and is familiar with the processes described therein. These checklists are designed to be memory joggers to assist the JP who already understands witnessing requirements.

These checklists are specific to Justices of the Peace for South Australia.
